Citroën DS 21 Pallas
This DS 21 Pallas arrived at our workshop to regain its original color. Transitioning from a quite dark and somber blue to platinum blue, a much brighter and lighter shade of blue.
We disassembled it and carefully examined all the parts in detail to identify those requiring metalwork and those that just needed straightening. Thus, we had to remake the door bottoms of the two front doors and the lower parts of the fenders.
After disassembly, the original color was still visible on certain hidden parts of the car. The elements were stripped back to bare metal, then treated with an anti-corrosion solution before being primed, smoothed (using sanding techniques to achieve the smoothest finish possible), and finally painted in their splendid original color.
To complete this restoration, all the hardware was cleaned before being reassembled. The lights were also taken apart, the glass was cleaned, and the light fixtures were repainted before being put back in place.
The result is truly magnificent, restoring the grandeur to this luxurious car from that era.
